The proximity of the farm to the marketplace also plays a big role in the sustainability of the farm. The farm’s closeness to the market allows for the easy transport of produce for selling. Also, this helps save costs when transporting materials to the farm.

It is very important to know about your market. Some agricultural products may not be marketable in a certain type of market. This idea is very helpful in making the enterprise sustainable.

7. Patience plays an important role
The patience is the key of success of any work to do. If you have planned to do organic farming so you have the patience for the successful of the the crops because growing organic crops is a slow and tedious process. There would less yield for 2-3 years may be 30-40% of the total yield because the soil need time  to maintain the properties of the soil health.
